This comfortable, locally built cottage sits astride the Serpentine River, at the midway point of all possible hiking, skiing/snowmobiling and fishing trails and routes in the area.

NewFound Outfitting can supply scallop, shrimp and lobster from local fishermen, ensuring freshness and quality. Add a steak to these scrumptious dishes and you will have a meal fit for a king.

If you prefer to partake in more local cuisine, you can enjoy traditional Newfoundland meals such as fish and brewis or Jigg's dinner. Whether travelling alone or in a large group, our Base Camp can accommodate you.

Our Base Camp Cottage is equipped with electricity, running water and showers. Cottages can accomodate 6 to 10 people comfortably.
